I have an online store that is a one-stop shop for all of your gluten free products, resources and gifts. I also offer a one-on-one consultancy where I help you manage the transition to a gluten free life and develop the confidence to own it!
I was diagnosed with coeliac disease in 2007, and have a few other food intolerances as well so I can give you the support and knowledge from someone who has been there. I’ll be your coeliac mentor to help you or your family on your gluten free journey. I can help with your pantry struggles, dining out concerns, and help provide you with the resources and tools to spread your wings and live your life to the fullest.
I founded and manage an online support community of over 7600 people, which is where The Gluten Free Queen has stemmed from. There needs to be more support and knowledge out there about being coeliac and living gluten free, and I intend to do that. So a big loving welcome to you!
