
Time to get festive with these gluten free reindeer biscuits
Melt chocolate in a bowl over simmering water or in the microwave.
On a large surface, lay out baking paper and place biscuits on top.
Chop small marshmallows in half length-wise.
Spread melted chocolate over 1 biscuit.
Place on nose and eyes.
Spread melted chocolate over half of the back of the bears and place as antlers.
Repeat for all of the biscuits.
Wait until chocolate has set and then store in an airtight container in the fridge until you’re ready to eat them.
There should be enough chocolate left over if you were doubling all of the other ingredients to make 40 biscuits.
