WHAT YOU NEED:

• US Letter/A4 white paper or plain white sticker sheet
• Scissors or guillotine
• If using paper, double-sided tape or glue stick
• Toothpicks with one flat end, for best results

DIRECTIONS:

1. Print out on paper or sticker sheet
2. Cut out flags with scissors or a guillotine
3. If using paper, add double-sided tape or glue to the back
4. Fold in half around a toothpick to create the flag
