I was diagnosed with coeliac disease in 2007, and have a few other food intolerances as well so have developed a wealth of knowledge in this little coeliac world of ours. I give you the support and knowledge from someone who has been there. I’m your coeliac mentor to help you or your family on your gluten free journey. Helping with your pantry struggles, dining out concerns, providing you with the resources and tools to spread your wings and live your life to the fullest.
I founded and manage an online support community of over 8000 people, which is where The Gluten Free Queen has stemmed from. There needs to be more support and knowledge out there about being coeliac and living gluten free, and I am doing that. So a big loving welcome to you!
